The new study "Swiss Air Cargo Logistics 2020" surprises with impressive figures, even in times of crisis

The study examines the importance of air freight for the Swiss economy. The key issues of the air freight market, digitization, climate, environmental protection and regulatory framework conditions were analyzed. Aircraft are an extremely important means of transport for the Swiss export industry (before, during and after the pandemic).

The new study will be presented on August 26, 2020 at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne as part of the Air Cargo Days organized by IG AirCargo Switzerland. It was carried out in the first half of 2020 by the Institute for Supply Chain Management of the University of St. Gallen on behalf of IG AirCargo Switzerland.
